Rules of the Tournament

Game Format and Rules:

  • Each Team has 6 Registered players.

  • New player to a team during the Tournament:

  • New incoming player has to be Registered before getting onto field.

  • Once played with a team, The player cannot be played to a different team.

  • Player has to be 12 years or under to play in Juniors Championship.

  • Each game consists of a Six six-ball overs bowled by each side.

  • Max. of two overs can be bowled by a bowler

  • player batting has to retire notout on reaching individual score of 25 runs

  • Retired Player can come back to play when no more player in the team left to bat.

  • Two points would be awarded for each winning team and 1 each for a tie.

  • In case of a tie on the points table, Team with higher net run rate will proceed to next round.

  • In case of a tie in run rate, Team with more total runs scored in that round will proceed to next round.

  • No LBW/Leg byes

  • No Free Hit after No-Ball

  • Umpires decision is final.

  • Type of bowling is at bowlers discretion.

Ground Setup:

Men Championship:

  • Pitch: 22 yards Grass Pitch

  • Ground: 35 Yards from the center of the Pitch to boundary

  • Popping Crease: 4 Feet from stumps

  • side crease: 4 feet from middle stump

Women and Juniors Championship:

  • Pitch: 18 yards Clay Pitch

  • Ground: 25 Yards from the center of the Pitch to boundary

  • Popping Crease: 3 Feet from stumps

  • side crease: 4 feet from middle stump
