Master Plan
Master plan for the fifteen-acre temple complex includes provisions for future expansion of the temple, cultural hall and cafeteria, residence for the priests, play area for children, guest apartments, library, additional parking space and gift shop. The accomplishment of the master plan is planned as a multi-phase construction project.
Phase I: (Aug 2007 - May 2008)
Phase I part of the project involved the construction of 7,600 square feet main temple, 200 parking spaces, and roadways. Phase I accomplished construction of separate sanctum sanctorums of deities, namely Lord Maha Ganapati, Lord Siva, Lord Venkateswara, and Navagraha. The Maha Mandapa (main hall) now has an approximate capacity to hold 500 people. Phase I construction accomplished in May 2008 costed around $1.6 Million U.S Dollars.
Phase II: (May 2011 - Nov 2011)
Temple accomplished Phase II part of construction to house four additional shrines, namely the shrines of Goddess Shakthi, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Subramanya and Lord Ayyappa in separate sanctum sanctorum..
Phase III*: (Dec 2011 - May 2012)
This phase of construction shall accomplish Traditional Indian art work on all shrines inside the Maha Mandapa (Hall) of the Temple. This traditional Indian art work will involve 4 skilled Shilpis (artisans) from India.
Phase IV*: (2013)
The Temple shall start traditional Indian art work on the exterior walls of the Maha Mandapa. Individual Vimanas shall be built on top of the existing sanctum sanctorum, followed by the Grand 55-feet Raja gopuram (tower).
